Programs at
The Rita B Institute

The Rita B Institute was founded in 2004.

The Rita Bellino Family brings over 50 years of experience to the education of our students.

“Rita understands luxury, refined hair, refined clothing, refined products. Rita B.’s legacy of how to be a great hairstylist, a great businesswoman, but most of all a great supporter and encourager of ALL women is most certainly now being passed on to future generations in salons all over the nation.”

Every Rita B Institute Student will receive an iPad to keep and use to take tests, study and track their progress in place of a textbook.
In all of the programs, students will have mix of theory hours and practical hours. Manikins will be used for the first period of the program until the student is trained in client safety and sanitation practices. Once these hours are completed, there will be a mix of Manikin work, theory, and practical experience on actual people. Guest teachers and experts in each category will come in to give inspiration and share their knowledge. Tests are given for each Chapter and for pre- State Board Testing.
